Stock alerts that stay accurate
Set it up in a few minutes, then only hear about what needs reordering.
One default threshold, then rules by variant, product, collection, tag or vendor. The most specific rule wins, and the dashboard shows which rule set each number.
Shopify tells the app the moment stock changes at a location. A full re-check every six hours catches anything missed, so the list never drifts.
At the hour you choose, everything low or out of stock in one email, with what's new since yesterday marked and the full list attached as CSV.
Alerts within about a minute of a drop, grouped when several sales land together. Webhooks are signed, and the app only sends to public HTTPS addresses.
Judge each location on its own, or only count the locations you choose, so a full warehouse doesn't hide an empty shop floor.

Questions merchants ask
What counts as low stock?
A variant is low when Shopify's available quantity is at or below its threshold, and out of stock at 0 or less. Set the threshold to 0 to hear only about sell-outs.
How quickly do alerts arrive?
Instant alerts go out about a minute after Shopify reports the change (several changes close together arrive as one message). The daily summary goes out at the hour you pick, in your store's time zone.
Will it email me about the same product again and again?
No. A variant alerts once when it drops to its threshold and again only after it has been restocked above it. Snooze or ignore anything you already know about.
Does it change my store or theme?
No. The app only reads products, locations and stock. Nothing is added to your theme or checkout.
Does it see customer data?
No. The app never reads orders or customers. The only email addresses it keeps are the staff addresses you enter for alerts.
What if email sending has a problem?
Alerts wait in a queue and go out automatically once sending works again. A refused address or Slack link shows in the app with a Retry button.
